In some cases, it is possible to issue an additional payment to a single ticket for a regular train - together with the additional payment, the ticket will be valid in the fast train. When making a surcharge directly on the train (this is not always possible - they may simply not be allowed on a train on a regular ticket), an additional fee is charged (usually 100 rubles).

There is no supplement to a regular train ticket. If you travel on such a ticket in an express train, you will have to pay the cashiers-controllers the full fare and the service fee (usually 100 rubles).

Transportation of animals on commuter trains

A fee is charged for the carriage of small pets (pets), dogs and birds on commuter trains.

It is allowed to transport small dogs without containers in muzzles and on a leash. Cats ride under the supervision of their owners or companions.

Refusal to use the subscription

The refund of the cost of the pass is carried out through the claim office after the passenger has submitted a written application.

The amount to be refunded is determined by dividing the cost of the pass by the number of days of validity of the ticket or the number of trips and multiplying by the actual number of days remaining until the expiration date of the ticket from the date of its return or the number of unused trips.

If a season ticket is returned before its validity period (or travel), the full fare will be refunded.

Refunds are made within 30 calendar days from the date the passenger submits a written application. The minimum fee is 20 rubles, but not more than the amount to be refunded to the passenger.

The fee is also levied in cases when the passenger returns the pass before the start of its validity or travel. To return the subscription, as well as to clarify the amount of the fee and the amount to be returned, you need to contact any cashier of the CPPK.

Pay attention, you can return the subscription only within the period of its validity(for passes for the number of trips - also until the limit of trips is exhausted).

For example, the passenger purchased a 10-trip pass for the Moscow-Ramenskoye route. If the passenger has not made a single trip, the refund fee will be 20 rubles. If the passenger has made five trips, the amount of the fee is 115 rubles.

The fee is not charged:

upon cancellation of the issued ticket... For example, if a passenger has issued a ticket at the ticket machine with an error (to another station), he can contact the cashier within 15 minutes and return the money for the wrong ticket without collection.
