I have rested in Turkey many times in various hotels - only with you for three years in a row. And there is something to compare your very good hotel in many ways. I practically did not like only one thing - the organization and attitude of the animators towards sports events ... as an example - with the same Bocha there are always problems - the site is not fenced off, only after claims, people are not gathered for the game, then 20 people will be gathered at once and everyone is crowding ... very young children are allowed to play with adults! Where else is it? They throw balls in different directions ... and there are people lying next to them on sun loungers ... and the game is no longer a game .... then let six-year-olds be invited to adult volleyball! What happens? And the site for Bocha was chosen extremely inconveniently ... on the beach, where there is already very little free space. There is a second volleyball court with sand - why not there? It is always empty. And for children, you can organize your own Bocha there. Buy them smaller balls. Buy additional kits for adults ... It costs almost nothing. Darts .... on the contrary - very far from the beach ... no one knows where ... and none of the animators goes and calls there ... apparently enough ... people complained that there are many people who want to play one game ... why not buy 3 kits like this for example? Functions of the animator are not needed here as an arbiter - the players themselves are able to count the points ... as in Boche, by the way. In short - there are a lot of vacationers, thousands ... take their leisure time, increase the capacity for this! More sets of beach games, archery can be organized ...

Location, food, cleaning in the rooms - all this is at a high level

A narrow enough beach for such a large hotel (but it doesn't depend on the hotel in any way). The mattresses on the beach loungers could be updated.

Great location, food, entertainment. Very clean, polite staff, no intrusive services. Plenty of fun for kids, but there are also quiet, secluded places. The area is very green and well appointed. Good entrance to the sea, gentle, which is convenient for children. Buses run around the hotel, convenient for those who do not like to walk and for people with disabilities (for them there are convenient places on the beach, equipment for launching into the water, special toilets even on the beach)

Cleaning is very superficial. The reception staff are not friendly at all. There may be animation, but I haven't seen it. The only thing I saw was a minidisk. And then, the announced start at 20.30, but in fact it always started at different times. And the duration is either 20 minutes, then 30 minutes, then an hour ... We ordered a transfer to the airport at the hotel. The company and the hotel had my email, but no one bothered to warn that it was postponed for half an hour. They informed me when I went to the front desk in a panic. As a result: we ran at a gallop around the airport. But the hotel's pluses outweighed the minuses.

We settled quickly and where I asked. The food is good. For five euros per adult, a visit to two restaurants: fish and kebab. Not expensive at all, but the food is delicious. The hotel is large, but the crowd is nowhere to be found except the beach. There is everything you need to relax with your child: kids club, ice cream house, fruit house, zoo, water park. The playground is covered and with a soft surface.

"Wonderful hotel!"

The children were waiting for a refill for forfeits and colas in the minibar, but this service was only available upon arrival, as well as conditioner shampoo in disposable bottles. And the shower gel in the dispenser is not very. It is not very clear what to hide. Rough bedspreads or blankets are not on everyone and without duvet covers. But these are trifles! The hotel is great!

I liked the hotel very much for its democratic atmosphere. The sea is nearby, the sunset is smooth, sandy, while the water is not muddy. There are many areas for sunbathing, both on the beach and in the shade of trees and bushes. There are many cafes and bars at every turn. Alcohol is of good quality, there are no delights in food, but soundly and tasty. For breakfast there are three types of porridge, including buckwheat. A lot of veal, lamb, not to mention chicken and turkey. The hotel's specialty is pavilions with fruits, ice cream and juicers (you can make juice from pomegranates and tangerines from 10 to 16-30). In several modern water parks there is no break, that is. from morning to evening the slides work. There are a lot of people, but this is a whole country, you don't feel the crowds, everything is somehow dispersed throughout the territory. The animation is unobtrusive, but there are many events for every taste and age. I'll be back and advocate friends!

In the middle of the rest, we were asked to move to another room with an upgrade (we lived in a 4-star room, they were offered to move to a 5-room one). The reason is the repair of the sewerage system. I didn't really want to go, but I was tempted by 5 stars. As a result, we regretted it, because the new room was above the dining room and the smell of food was constantly in it. Started at 5 o'clock in the morning. It was already impossible to sleep. At the decision, they rudely said to my complaint that they had already moved us to a large room (only they were not asked about it !!!) and they could move us back. It was funny! They didn't swear and look for the truth, and they didn't waste time on the move either - it was a pity for 2-3 hours. The second minus is torn mattresses on sun loungers by the sea (not solid)

A comfortable hotel, a beautiful well-groomed large area, excellent restaurants, bars, food at the highest level., The animation, like for children, and for adults I liked. There are drinks of all categories - a large selection of alcohol, drinking water is offered everywhere without restrictions. The first time we tried ayran - a tasty and healthy drink. We arrived from 3 a.m., we were greeted, taken through the territory, settled in and even fed (one bar works at night) Helped organize a transfer back to Antalya (not expensive 15 euros per person)

The room could get either new and nice, with a sea view, but also with a view of the animation, then before the disco until 12 at night. Therefore, I had to choose a dark, not renovated room for a long time, but at least at night it was quiet. View from the window to the windows of the neighboring building. It was not very pleasant to be in the room. There are a lot of people on the beach. The sunbeds are so often that the sand is not visible. At 9 am, almost all the sun loungers are occupied. This is the biggest disappointment of this hotel.

Good food, entertainment (water park, animation)

Smoking is allowed on the beach and around the pools. In the spa in the changing rooms, there are no keys in the drawers, the locks are broken

Nice grounds, excellent food. The hotel is on the first line, the beach is located in the bay, so the sea is calm. Clean on site, restaurants work smoothly

  • Rested in this hotel from 11 to 22 October. We chose Lonitsera on the recommendation of many friends who have visited it more than once ... I have not heard a single bad review, read, of course, I have read bad reviews, but they surprise me. A huge territory with many swimming pools, cafes and bars, with a huge children's room and a lot of cute joys, with houses for cats, electric cars, with an orange garden, pigeon island, a zoo and so on ... The impression is "how not to get confused and not get lost?" Green, clean territory, it is surprising how, with so many vacationers, they manage to keep everything in this order? My daughter first of all liked the water park, most often they lived in it))) To the delight of the children, next to the slides there is a pavilion with ice cream and sweets and a little further a pavilion where you can squeeze juices from pomegranates and oranges, also a buffet with burgers, kebabs and other snacks ... it seems to me that our child was ready to live in a water park,))) In general, with food in the complex, everything is gorgeous, huge main food points and slightly smaller. In large ones, of course, there is a huge assortment, but you get tired of running around while you collect food, so we had dinner and breakfast in a cafe near the sea, and dined in buffets (near the aqua park, or about 5 ki) To the delight of snack lovers, there is also a place where they cook Turkish tortillas (with cottage cheese, chocolate, spinach, meat, etc.), it is very tasty to drink them with ayran ... It is unlikely that it will be possible to lose weight in this hotel))) Of the minuses, we noted for ourselves the numbers, we got a room in building D ( which we ordered in advance), but for three it is sooo small, a full-fledged closet to fold clothes, too, but ... but in principle, later we realized that we were only coming to spend the night and we were not a minus at all))) There is pluses - since our room was in a low-rise building by the sea, there was no noise from neighbors and animation, so I would not change my room for a room in the top five, where there is a huge number of neighbors (not always adequate) and in the center of events. every day (they left 1 euro) The staff is very nice, as to the reception, and all the others, mostly Kyrgyz, Kazakhs and Azerbaijanis, so there was no problem to come to terms in Russian ... I liked the spa procedures, massages, I was given massages by a girl from Kyrgyzstan Elvira, very diligently and conscientiously! Recommend! Also, almost every evening (usually from 5 to 7 pm), they visited the baths, which are free in the complex, there is a lot of flea market there, but what could you want with such a huge number of people. The sea is gorgeous !!! +25 degrees, sand, WITHOUT GARBAGE (someone wrote that rubbish was lying around everywhere - this is nonsense, the employees tried to maintain order despite the disgusting of people) The loungers, as usual, borrowed in advance, there is a towel all day, and the owners jam pivasik in another at the end of the complex, it enrages ... ... The weather at this time was also pleasing from +26 to +35, a couple of days it was cloudy and on the last day AFTER lunch it rained, so who was afraid to go in October, do not be afraid ... The second negative for us - lack of information. If the administration reads, please pay attention ... You do not understand where and what is, for example, an electromobile, its schedules, stops, where is the nearest snack point, where Turkish coffee is brewed (it is brewed in a small white pavilion, next to the doctor), where beer is given in bottles (in the bar near the zoo on the second floor - every day a hilt, every other day other brands of "Meller" idr, chips and nuts at happy hours from 5 to 7 pm together with a meller (that is, every other day)), it turns out that night buffet from 12 at night in a buffet on the street near building B. .. We obtained all this information throughout the rest ... it is a pity that we did not know everything at once ... Shopping can be arranged either next to the hotel in the bazaar, or go by bus in the direction of Alanya to Konaklas, to the shopping mall, we found there Waikiki shops (clothes), and a shoe store (bought leather shoes for the husband and child of the kinetics firm (autumn - 26 euros and winter 32) - count for nothing) I do not advise a visiting bazaar, the assortment is the same as in the nearby one, and the prices are higher , the only thing, if you want to get to the grocery market, then it's worth it. Summing up, I will say that we liked the hotel very much, my daughter said that next time I would like to go only here! For us, this is an indicator ... In a word, I RECOMMEND

Hello dear ones planning a vacation in Turkey in 2017! Already in February, I decided to get my notes about the rest, which I wrote during the rest, and draw up a detailed report.... More ▾ Hello dear ones planning a vacation in Turkey in 2017!

Already in February, I decided to get my notes about the rest, which I wrote during the rest, and draw up a detailed report.

Ask - why write a review while still at the hotel? Is there really nothing to do?
Yes, it so happened that there was free time from rest, and I wanted to record the facts so that later on I would not miss anything.

I think before writing a review, you need to say a little about yourself and your family. We rested in a female company - me, my two children, my mother and my mother-in-law.

I cannot say that we are a very wealthy family, for example, in the Maldives, and we have not been to Hawaii. But in Turkey they have already been 8-9 times, have been in Egypt, Montenegro, Croatia, the United Arab Emirates in hotels of the 4-5 level, so there is something to compare with both in Turkey and outside Turkey.

This time we were choosing between Turkey and Montenegro, we wanted, of course, to Montenegro, but the tickets were very expensive for the dates we needed. In addition, we were traveling with a 3-year-old child and did not want to cook on our own, so we decided that our budget - 3500ue - more hassle-free and longer, we can all relax on an olincclusive in Turkey.

A trip for five for two weeks on the "all inclusive" system to the "Lonissera" hotel cost us a little more than $ 3500. Our flight coincided with an under-coup in Turkey, so we still had time to get nervous, whether or not our plane was shot down on the way there or back. Two days passed, other tourists were returning safe and sound, and we decided to fly.

Upon arrival, we were seated in a mini-bus with 15 more tourists from other hotels, and we went to Avsallar. The guide was a Kazakh, who absolutely did not understand anything either in the history of Turkey or in its geography. Perhaps those who were for the first time were interested, but we listened to him only when he talked about Kazakhstan.
By the way, he tried very hard to talk about Turkey in an interesting way, although the truth was 5%.

During the trip we got lost and passed the turn to Avsallar and our hotel, which took us +45 minutes of time and made the trip a third longer.

Before that, we were in Avsallar in 2012, I can't say that the village has changed a lot. The sea has remained the same, this is the main thing.

Upon arrival, we were expected to check in.

Without looking at us, and not listening to any wishes, the Turkish girl from the reception gave us key cards for two rooms in building B, although she agreed to choose the rooms that are nearby.

Our suitcases were loaded onto a typewriter, and we (naive) went to rest.

Even at the entrance to the building, it became clear that we would not live there. The lobby had an almost minus temperature, at which it was necessary to take the children to the elevator and back every day. Besides, it smelled terribly, unbearably of mothballs.

The rooms turned out to be the worst that I have seen in my life. Even an old Hilton room in Hurghada would seem like a huge royal suite, not to mention all the other hotels that you have seen. Even on the Black Sea in remote villages, in 2002, in home mini-hotels without stars, there were better rooms.

The rooms had NOTHING to do with the pictures we were shown when buying the tour.

The whole room was 4x3 paces, and the balcony was the size of a stool.

The cunning Turks pushed into this space as many as 2 beds and a sofa with upholstery of dubious freshness, and on the floor there was a carpet that smelled terribly of vacuum dust. There was no light in the tiny shower room. My two suitcases occupied all the space in the room free of furniture, so that somehow changing the clothes of the children was out of the question, there was nowhere to turn around.

Mom and mother-in-law had a number like two drops of water.

I left my tired relatives and went to the reception to change the number.

Nobody wanted to listen to me for an hour and a half. The Turkish woman several times shouted to me in response to my requests - you have a bed! The food is eating - go rest! What else did you want ??!

Then I saw a Russian-speaking girl, told me what I thought about the building and rooms, about their sizes, carpet and balcony, reinforcing all this with my fears about the child falling out of the third floor balcony.

The sweet girl returned two minutes later with new cards. We were accommodated on the first floor in building F. The rooms are standard, very similar to each other, but there is a tile on the floor, instead of a smelly red sofa, there is one more bed, the bathroom is slightly larger, and the room itself is a little more spacious, at least there was where to go between the beds and chest of drawers.
    But..
Our shower room was leaking, the drain was clogged, and in the toilet the drain almost did not work. We covered the hole in the shower with a foot towel, and the toilet was drained using the shower.

Another room had a huge flood stain on the ceiling of the bathroom, but the closet was larger. The room was next to the elevator, which added noise, the windows overlooked the basketball court. The ground floor of Building F is always damp. Things don't dry out. And it stinks of sewer from the patio side.

But all this is just "luxury" in comparison with the stench and tightness of the stern V.

I read reviews where Lonissera is equated with five-star hotels. If you do not take into account the criteria, do not compare with hotels in other countries - all the same, Lonisser does not pull five stars. If you are lucky and they put you in a good building (which we saw only in the pictures, I don’t know if it exists), you will live in a solid four. If the case is worse, consider that you bought a two-three for the price of four stars.

Now that I have already visited the hotel, I understand that some of the rave reviews are not just from people who first went abroad, they are just custom-made.

    It was about the numbers.

With food, things are a little better than with numbers, but not much.

Lonissera was not surprised by anything in terms of nutrition. Turkey, like Turkey - food stalls, breaking tables, fruit wagons, potatoes in boxes, river gravy.

The food consists mainly of seasonal fruits and vegetables, legumes, cheese, feta cheese, least of all meat and almost no fish. No frills, no exoticism, everything is the same as in your home on the market during the season. Everything is cooked without salt and spices, insipid and nothing at all. Thrown into the feeding trays somehow, come and scoop yourself.

Every morning there is a terrible excitement around scrambled eggs and scrambled eggs, toast.

The worst thing is with seafood)) The first few days we ate mackerel. Then we realized that this was all, there would be no other fish. There were sour anchovies as an appetizer and a boiled pangasius mash. In a large restaurant, there is a salad with canned tuna.

Once we met a salad with shrimps, and once - squid rings. Both products were overcooked and so generously flavored with carrots that they tasted the same, not like seafood at all.

If you are a seafood lover, you are on the Adriatic. Anywhere, but not here.

A few days later we stopped looking for "something tasty" and ate what the Turks know how to cook: rice, baked peppers, baklava, lamb. Ate the last 10 days in a small canteen. The large dining room is very annoying with the number of people. There are no queues, but there are too many people, noisy and the Turks smoke wherever they want, right at the table. In a small dining room there is less choice of "dishes", but there are also fewer people.

The hotel clearly focused not on the taste of food, but on its quantity. There is a lot of food, food is available around the clock. Breakfast, lunch, dinner, (7-9: 30; 13-15: 00; 19: 30-21: 30), fast food (10-17: 00); Kutapy (stuffed flat cakes); Vitamin bar: fruits and berries, orange juice. Ice cream and cakes, until 17:00. They say there is also a late dinner, until 6 in the morning.

After 3-4 days I wanted to exchange all these trays and bowls with stewed mass for one at least a little delicious dinner, served humanly.

There is also an almost real restaurant in the hotel. You must make an appointment in advance, you can visit it once. Fish restaurant. The reviews about him were not very good, when they went there, they did not expect anything good.

It was very pleasant to have dinner in a more or less quiet environment. The waiter tried, brought everything quickly, answered questions.

Ordered dorado. What can I say - the cooking style is the same, a la hotel dining room. It was also possible to stuff the fish with something tasty, or add spices, or at least salt it.

Everything else is farce, the same unleavened stewed vegetables brought from the common dining room in small plates, and (in a fish restaurant) pieces of turkey cremated in butter and batter, and incomprehensible rings, also in batter. For dessert - baklava and plums

By the way, in the restaurants of the village of Avsallar, they know how to make delicious fish, and shrimps can be found. And feta cheese tastes and smells. And vegetables smell like vegetables! With food in Lonissere magic happens - as if the taste was completely removed!

As they say in many reviews, you will not stay hungry anyway. Yes, you won't. but you will not feel any holiday or pleasure either. On the first day, think - oh, how many things. And then you will look for a lot of something edible among this.

They also write that everything is cool, but no, not cool. Many, very many, but the same, none, and not cool))

Yes, we don't make five different side dishes every day at home, and ten different salads. No normal person does that. But you can make one thing delicious.

At home, with even a smaller budget, we can cook salmon or shrimp or edible cutlets once a week, and at home the children eat salads and stews, because they are delicious, and they did not eat in Lonissere.

In all fairness, this is not just Lonissera's problem. When the herd of tourists is herded into the hotel, they eat what they are given. If the chef's salary depended on whether they bought his dishes today, I'm sure he would cook better.

I won't say anything about alcohol, no one drinks alcohol here.

And if you still choose Lonissera as a resting place and howl with fresh food, go for dinner at a restaurant in a place called Smoke Tea, they cook delicious trout, and even empty rice there is delicious, unlike hotel food.

    Staff

If you read in the reviews that the staff are wonderful, smiling and pleasant, these are the personal qualities of these people that have nothing to do with the corporate ethics of the institution. Because pleasantness and smileiness very much depends on the mood of each individual employee at different times of the day.

The organization of the work of the staff is very, very good, and corporate ethics does not exist.

Employees with the same position give different answers to the same question, as it was upon check-in.
    - smiling and being polite is not necessary, especially if there are a lot of people in the queue.

"It will do so" - the principle of work of employees, whose duties include communication with clients.

Cleaning ladies do not have clear instructions for their work. Every day they do everything differently. Something is forgotten, something is not completed. They don't take the garbage, then they leave three towels, then four, then they bring water, then they don't.

One got completely confused, forgot everything, except to pick up $ 1. The cleaning ladies do not know a word of English, German, French or Russian. We had to learn the Turkish phrases "come back in an hour", "please change the sheet", "we ran out of soap", and so on.

The heads of the cleaners, like the cleaners themselves, shout very loudly among themselves, not paying attention to the fact that people live in the rooms who sometimes rest at lunch or put their children to bed. If there are no colleagues nearby, they like to shout into the radio.

Gardeners do not try to be discreet and polite either. They mow the lawn at 7 am. Loudly shouting to each other in Turkish, laughing.

Cars rush around the territory at high speed - they transport luggage and dirty / clean linen. I didn’t see anyone knocked down, but it’s scary.

Beach fights wash the sand off the platform where the showers are, and at the same time cheerfully doused tourists. Once again, the role of the staff is to create convenience and be invisible. Again, these funny guys were not told that a tourist is a client, and you can't have fun splashing water with him.

There are a lot of "informants" on the territory. They are ubiquitous, they are annoying to tears.
They come to the lounger, they can wake them up, beg for some water from tourists.
Fur coats, jewelry, real estate, excursions. They got it so that I no longer greeted them. Especially got a Kazakh woman, who lisps with everyone, like idiots, we met her at least 10 times a day and every time she pestered with her booklets.

But the hell is the restaurant. I don’t know who told these people that this should be done, perhaps this is the policy, to piss off customers during meals so that they eat less)))

The fact is that the employees of the canteen ply between tables all the time and literally take away plates from customers. The record of impudence happened to me,
when the girl came to my table, looked ... I had a bowl of soup that I was eating, and on a separate plate - a quarter of a lemon. Without hesitation, she grabbed a plate of lemon and dragged it away, taking the lemon with her hand and placing it on my bare table. She probably thought that after that I would definitely eat him. Just bravo! What else to say? In this way, they select practically everything that is not right in front of you, and very quickly and without asking. In response, we just smiled, it's still useless to explain anything to the Turks))

The most pleasant are the guards at the entrance. They just sit and smile. Always)) And the grandfather who changes towels is so bright and kind. Especially if you give him a pack of cigarettes, he will also give you cleaner towels.

To be fair, I will say that all these incompetent, arrogant and absent-minded people are not to blame. They were simply not taught otherwise. The leader is to blame, who must either teach or rotate. It may be necessary to organize training for all staff. Perhaps, find a more competent leader. This chaos in everything really spoils the impression. Reception staff are very tired. The Turkish woman who got nasty on me on the first day is actually a nice and kind girl, if she gets enough sleep. But her working day is such that I do not understand when she sleeps - from morning till night I saw her at her workplace.

This is also a lack of personnel management.

    Hygiene.

A separate topic. A very, very important separate topic.

I must say right away that the hotel desperately needs a very, very tough hygiene manager, preferably a German, who will drill for all the staff and stop the chaos that is happening at every step.
    - cleaning ladies wash the floors in all rooms with one mop, without rinsing it. Nothing. Never. I looked specifically. This is a very important point from an epidemiological point of view.

No one has ever washed the toilet. They just closed it and put a towel on top.
    - do not wash the shower room, do not wipe the mirror.

Even after my request to change the pillowcase, because after cleaning it had a red spot, like blood, the pillowcase was not changed for three days.

Even if the child has stained the sheet used for hiding, it is neatly covered back until you bring this sheet to the cleaning lady and tell him to exchange it.

The curtains are dirty, not washed for centuries.

The drain in the shower is clogged, it's scary to think how much. Nobody cares about that.

When cleaning the floor, clean towels and linens are unloaded in bulk onto the floor. Yes, just to the floor. Towels without individual packaging after laundry and are thrown out of the general package.

    - "clean" linen, towels for the room, the cleaning lady carries without packaging on a trolley, a check on detergents, then lovingly hugs it, while bringing it into the room, pressing it against her sweaty neckline.

The balcony was never cleaned at all. We left toys there for the sea, and lived with the sand that fell from them, all two weeks.

Water is discharged into refrigerators, preliminarily pouring it onto the ground. Then people put it on their table ...

I have never seen the staff of the cafeteria wearing gloves.

Between a fish restaurant and a fast food pavilion, at certain hours you can watch the cooks squatting overload from one bowl to another salads and something else.

The worst thing is these stalls with food, where everyone picks, digs, pokes around. I understand, not the level to put an employee over every dish ...

Poorly washed dishes. Until you choose your own, clean one, you need to look.

    Dirty, stinking ashtrays everywhere.

    - the "zoo" stinks so much that before reaching 30 meters we decided to return to a safe distance and did not see it))

Cats walk around the territory. Perhaps cats and their waste products touch someone, I don't.

Sun loungers, mattresses are well-worn, washing and washing them is not included in the plans.

Flower pots, dirty and burnt inside instead of trash bins - who invented that ?!

    Entertainment

For us, who went to the sea, the main pleasure is the sea. You can visit the guided tours if you are for the first time.

From Avsallar you can go to Dym-Chai - a restaurant on the water, to Alanya - shopping, walks, night life, Manavgat - a waterfall, Side - ruins, it's nearby. Further - Pamuk-Kale. Nice, but first read the story so as not to believe in stories. If you believe the Turks, then Cleopatra did not rule in Egypt, but rode around Turkey all her life and swam wherever she could.

The hotel has animation for adults, animation for children. We saw an adult twice - when several people did "yoga" and when they danced and ran in a train in the sea.

We were not interested in this, and no one offered us anything. We saw children's animators on the playground, they drew something and talked with mothers, they didn't even say hello to us and didn't pay attention to our children. Anyway.

The playground is covered, which is good, but it's still hot and boring. Several simulators, slides, swings and that's it.

The paid entertainment pavilion was not impressive either. Several working and non-working attractions, "beat the toad" and "win the ball" that's all for our age. Car riding is very expensive. The only reason this pavilion exists is to make an unbearable noise. From morning until late at night, Kirkorov, Nyusha, Yolka and other Russian pop sucks are screaming from there.

In the evenings, animators are forced to stage concerts. And so, poor young men and women, who have been stuck in the sun all day, reluctantly crawl out onto the stage and try to portray fun.

We saw it once, once we watched Turkish dances. The dancers were also not very professional. In a word, Lonissera, either do a show or cover up this horror.

During the day from the stage, a recording of an entertainment beach program, which probably actually took place in this hotel, sounds all the time. It goes all day, and the soundtrack is the same, day after day, two weeks! At first we thought it was actually a show, but when a few days later we went to see "this Turk, whom I already wanted to kill," we saw an empty stage and screaming speakers.

It is not possible to ventilate at night until 2-3 o'clock - music thunders from the street, from which children wake up.

Who is this music for, if everyone in the reviews writes that it’s boring for young people anyway? Mystery.

The only and main plus is the sea. Warm, clean. The beach is large, there is enough space.

True, you need to go in May-early June or September-October. In July, the heat and 100% humidity, when even on a night walk you sweat in three streams and it is difficult to breathe, like in a steam room.

Lonissera is a place full of contrasts. I do not know the owner of this complex, but I will assume that he also does not know everything. It can be seen that the money is being invested, but the sense is 30%.

    For instance:

A new cool building G, with a "Dubai-like" hallway, and smelly carpet in building B, stains on the ceiling in building F and a miserable stage made of unfinished chipboard.
    - an expensive marble countertop in a bathroom in cabinet F and a washbasin poorly attached to it, with a dirty rim between them.
    - almost new furniture, fresh walls, and a hastily repaired broken tile in the shower room, not worn out corners, generally crookedly attached tiles.
    - a large area, a lot of greenery, palm trees, a bunch of gardeners, and a dead lawn on the "beach" under orange trees, almost mud underfoot.
    - A huge children's pavilion, with a roof and a good covering, and its poor filling.

In general, the management needs to decide - either to become a good four / five, or to slide down to a three, by default the second option is more likely to turn out.

The staff, hygiene, taste of food, entertainment ... except the sea, everything needs improvement.

Young people will be bored. With children - dirty, noisy.

If the hotel is for families with children, it is necessary to remove this wild noise at night. If the hotel is for parties, make a show so that everyone wants to go there, and not just sympathize with the animators.

Separately, I will say about the enterovirus, which are in Loniser. You can find it either in rooms, or on dirty mops, or in the kitchen, or in swimming pools, but most likely EVERYWHERE.

When we were driving, I read in some of the reviews that children got sick. Of course, I decided that these were isolated cases, but we are clean and this does not concern us.

I must say that during our holidays in Lonisère we did not swim in the pools, we ate very carefully and all the time we wiped and disinfected everything.

It didn't save us. The youngest child and I fell ill with the Coxsackie virus a week later and were ill for the entire second week of rest.

We did not have vomiting and diarrhea, but everything else - the temperature, terribly painful rashes on the palms and feet, a sore throat.

The child also had a rash on the bottom and legs.

Already at home, after 3-4 weeks we experienced "slipping of the nail plate".
Yes it is. Your nails just slip, then new ones grow back.

The rash hurts as if it were thousands of needles driven into the skin. It is impossible to walk. It is impossible to sleep - at night the feet and palms swell and itch.
Lidocaine spray saved a little. It had a pink tint, which remained on the sheets, and in the morning I also had to listen to some nervous text in Turkish from the cleaning lady, probably indignant that I had to really change the linen.

Only 3-4 days after the onset of the illness, we began to crawl out of the room to eat and swim a little, so, as I wrote at the beginning, there was a lot of free time from rest.

Anyone who wants to have a good rest, I do not advise Loniser.
