The resumption of regular flights with Egypt was good news for our tourists. Russian airline Aeroflot has been operating flights to Cairo on Mondays, Wednesdays and Saturdays since April 11, 2018. The first flight from Moscow to Cairo was carried out by Egyptair on April 12, 2018. There are no direct flights to Hurghada from Moscow yet, but there is hope for their speedy restoration.

Last minute trips to Hurghada should be looked for 7-10 days before departure. In 2-3 days there is a possibility of a price reduction by another 30-40%. The main thing is to choose a hotel in advance, decide on a vacation program and keep your suitcases packed. How much does a last minute tour to Hurghada cost?

The price of a last minute trip depends on several factors: length of stay, hotel category, food and, of course, the season. During the high season and on holidays, prices are higher, but there is often a chance to buy a “cancelled” tour or find a good discount from a specific hotel.

Most hotels in the resort have their own beaches with free umbrellas, sun loungers, bars and other services. Always check when booking whether this is included in the price, otherwise there is a risk of going on paid beach and the additional costs will obviously not please you.

Hurghada can be roughly divided into 3 areas: the historical center of El Dahar with many souvenir and jewelry shops, restaurants and entertainment places. You definitely need to visit here: see the El Mina Mosque with 40-meter minarets, visit the Coptic Church (free admission), wander through the narrow streets and feel the Egyptian flavor. But it’s not worth living in this area - it’s always noisy and crowded.

The new center is the Sakkala district, which has great beaches with all the entertainment, diving centers, bowling alleys, billiard rooms, discos. This area is more suitable for young people and active tourists.

Good afternoon The process of selecting a tour does not cause any difficulties. The site provides all the tools for choosing a tour and viewing information on it. Customer support is also of a high level. However, the tour itself is designed with big questions. We booked a tour from 11/03 to 11/10 in Egypt. The sum of the number of days was also calculated based on these dates. The flight was on 11/10 at 01:35 and the transfer to the airport was 5.5 hours. In this case, the hotel is paid until 12:00 on November 10. But in general, the situation is usual when the plane is ahead of check-out time, but our transfer departed not 5.5 hours, as was written on the website, but 18 hours before departure (11/09 at 09:30). Thus, the day was simply paid for and no one lived in the room.

The service is good, but the impression was spoiled by the fact that not all information on the transfer was provided. As a result, one simply disappeared, although money was paid for it! Sadly...
