5. In case of delay or rescheduling of a flight (train), the waiting of tourists in a vehicle with a driver agreed upon by the parties is carried out for an additional fee.

6. If tourists have an incorrect mobile phone number specified in their order or the subscriber’s phone is turned off for some reason, and the driver cannot find tourists at the airport or train station, the transfer is considered completed and money is not refundable.

At the beginning of the season, the staff was very determined to create all the conditions for relaxation, so we had a very good rest! We checked in quickly and changed our room without any problems! The view is simply stunning of the sea, gorgeous sunsets! Clean from start to finish! Cozy everywhere! There is a snack bar and a children's playground! Outdoor sofas with pillows and blankets create a homely atmosphere. Cleaning daily, maids are very attentive.
I want to stop for a trip at the end of August. The girls at the reception don't know how to smile or don't want to. The receptionist Andrey compensates for their reluctance to work. Polite, sociable, told, showed, helped. Evgeniy was also attentive to our requests, very polite. Mostly the staff was tired, the waiter guys were dripping down the walls and moving reluctantly. No one opened the restaurant door for you anymore and didn’t particularly wish you bon appetit, except that Yulia is a smart girl! Always friendly and helpful! The food was also tired and monotonous. The only time there was delicious meat on the grill and meat pate. The snacks are the same - pancakes, waffles, pizza. I got tired of apples and pears over the winter. It would be possible to offer watermelon in the heat. The bar also served the same beer and cocktail of the day. Only it was the same as on Groundhog Day: strawberry syrup, Sprite, vodka, poured into a glass by eye. We ordered shish kebab - not tasty! At the bar, the waiters also showed little concern for the seated guests, but the music and animators were screaming wildly into the microphone, which made it impossible to communicate. Nice canopies were built on the beach; previously there was not enough shade and there were few umbrellas. This made me happy. But the beach worker was always 30-40 minutes late, then he changed his clothes for another 10-15 minutes and started arranging the sun loungers, which were always in the sand! In general, the beach began to function an hour later. Another interesting feature: unattended sun loungers were slowly stretched out by strangers, hotel guests came and looked for them and did not find any free ones. And this beach macho then went and collected 150 rubles from people for a sun lounger. I can assume that on my own initiative, because the management would hardly like the hotel guests lying on the sand. The animation is still no good! Although the composition has changed. A wonderful professional team worked nearby in the sanatorium! On the beach people flocked to them from all the sunbeds! And ours alone did exercises by the pool, when all the guests were on the beach, and also praised the imaginary participants. It would be funny if it weren't sad. The manager does not greet guests or communicate. Although it is clear that it controls and works. We have been going to this hotel since it opened, we love it no matter what, we see the management’s desire for perfection, that’s why we write everything frankly. The hotel has its own unique and very attractive atmosphere, framed by the comfort of the interior, cleanliness, aroma and music playing in the evenings.
